Key Duties & Responsibilities
*Preparing title reports, identifying residential legal and title issues
*Undertaking property due diligence of conveyancing matters
*Producing detailed notes addressing title issues, key risk, and lender-specific requirements
*Working closely with a team of Property Support Lawyers to support with technical matters
*Driving consistency across multiple lanes


Previous Skills & Experience
*Extensive residential conveyancing experience, with a thorough knowledge of freehold and leasehold title issues
*Ability to identify risks early on and be able to communicate clearly to colleagues
*Be able to interpret titles, plans, leases, restrictions
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
*High level of attention to detail
*Professional, confident, and client-focused communication style
*Proactive, motivated, and commercially aware
