Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager / Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) - Salary - Negotiable

Prize Placements are looking for a Client Relationship Manager for our key client based in Liverpool.
Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to play a key / pivotal role in the growth of their key clients, building strong long term relationships with senior stakeholders.
The ideal Client Relationship manager will have a proven track record in relationship management, client success / account management and have the ability to deliver a high quality service model focusing to drive retention, satisfaction and demonstrable value.
As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible with the following:
• Own, manage, and strategically grow a portfolio of partner, foundation and key/growth clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Deliver a high-quality, high-touch service model that drives retention, satisfaction, and demonstrable value
• Partner with Business Development and ensure smooth onboarding, handovers from prospect to active client
• Lead confident conversations on technical requirements, APIs, data flows, integrations, and system workflows.
• Translate client needs into clear internal requirements and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, and Compliance for successful delivery.
