Childcare Law Solicitor
5+ PQE | Full Time | Permanent
Salary up to £70,000 DOE
We are working with a highly regarded regional law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Solicitor to join its established Childcare Team.
This is a specialist Childcare Law position with full focus on public law children matters within a well-structured and supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied and often complex caseload from instruction through to conclusion, with regular court attendance and advocacy forming a key part of the role. You will be trusted to run matters independently while also contributing to the wider success and reputation of the team.
This is a role suited to an experienced childcare practitioner who is confident in both case management and advocacy, and who thrives in a fast-paced, care-focused legal environment.
Applicants must have at least 3 years’ experience in Childcare Law, including managing their own caseload and undertaking regular advocacy. The firm is particularly interested in candidates who hold Law Society Children Panel accreditation and have an established Children’s Guardian following.
