Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to step into a senior role within a highly reputable, supportive financial planning firm. The Role
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality client service. Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing the full administration process for new and existing business
*Preparing and maintaining client files, valuations and review packs
*Liaising with providers to obtain policy information and process transactions
*Handling LOAs, fund switches, withdrawals and platform-based tasks
*Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up actions
*Ensuring compliance standards are met and documentation is accurate
*Assisting with workflow improvements and mentoring junior team members
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
*Strong experience within an IFA/wealth management environment
*Excellent understanding of pensions, investments and protection products
*High attention to detail and confidence working in a fast-paced setting
*Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
*Experience using platforms and back-office systems (e.g., Intelliflo)
