You know those moments when a child finally feels safe enough to engage? That’s what this role is all about.
We’re working with a nurturing primary SEND setting looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a pupil who needs consistency, encouragement, and someone who understands their world.
What you’ll be doing
Providing 1:1 support tailored to the pupil’s needs
Helping them access learning in a way that works for them
Supporting communication and emotional development
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
Building routines that make each day feel manageable
What we’re looking for
Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
A warm, patient, and adaptable approach
Someone who builds trust naturally
Strong teamwork and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
