HR Administrator
*Hourly Rate: £15 to £19 PAYE plus holiday
*Location: Birmingham B1
*Job Type: Temporary (3 months)
*Start Date: ASAP
*Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office (Wednesday/Thursday)
*Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our People Services team. This role is critical in supporting our HR Systems team by handling data administration activities and providing second-line support for our Learning Management System (LMS). This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has experience in data administration within large-scale organisations.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Perform basic administration of data into SAP HCM, including maintenance of the Organisational Structure and learning data.
*Provide basic support for tickets relating to LMS.
*Process changes within SAP HCM and LMS efficiently and accurately.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organisation to resolve queries and provide support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Prior experience with SAP HCM; knowledge of SAP HR organisational objects and their attributes is preferable.
*Experience in data administration activities, particularly within large-scale organisations.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.
*Self-motivated and able to work independently.
*Experience or background in HR, particularly in shared services, is advantageous.
*Recent HR graduates with general admin experience or candidates who have recently completed a CIPD level 3 and are looking to move into an entry-level HR admin role are encouraged to apply.
