Requirements:
*Experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home for older people
*Clinical Qualification desirable but not essential
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
*Experienced in quality management systems
*Proven track record in managing good rated care homes
*Excellent communication skills including IT literacy


Responsibilities
*Management of a small/medum sized nursing home
*Line management of Heads of Department
*Reporting into Regional Manager
*Lead on quality and compliance
*Management of recruitment, induction and supervision of care and support team
*Sales, marketing and promotion of the home to local community
*Liaising and working with relevant stakeholders


Remuneration:
*Salary £ depending on experience
*Bonus scheme linked to KPIs
