Warehouse & Logistics Operative
£26,500 | 37-Hour Week | Excellent Benefits
Are you a hands-on Warehouse Operative who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly?
We’re looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Operative to join a supportive team where reliability, organisation, and teamwork are key. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with logistics and dispatch coordination, helping ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
The Role
This is a broad, hands-on position where you’ll split your time between warehouse operations and logistics administration. You’ll be involved in everything from picking and packing to organising shipments and coordinating with couriers, playing a vital role in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
*Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
*Processing shipments and preparing documentation
*Printing and allocating shipping labels
*Liaising with couriers regarding collections and delivery schedules
*Booking courier collections
*Updating customer shipping portals and dispatch records
*Receiving and processing incoming deliveries
*Keeping packing and despatch areas clean, organised, and efficient
*Supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties as required
What We’re Looking For
*Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
*Comfortable carrying out both hands-on and administrative tasks
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work well as part of a team
*Reliable, proactive, and flexible approach to work
