We’re working with a well-established electrical contractor in Edinburgh to recruit an experienced Contracts / Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an electrical or mechanical background to step into a key leadership role overseeing projects, teams, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage multiple projects from pre-start through to completion
*Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project delivery
*Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
*Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
*Monitor health & safety and ensure compliance across sites
*Support commercial performance, reporting, and resource planning
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in Contracts Management, Operations Management, or Project Management
*Strong background within electrical, M&E, or building services
*Experience managing teams and multiple live projects
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
