Responsibilities
*You will be engaging with customers who have already shown interest in the service through Facebook enquiries or website requests.
*Manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of prospects into customers
*Build trust and rapport quickly with customers and their families
*Understand the customer needs, and recommend the most suitable solution
*Follow up on enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
*Drive personal development by continuously improving product knowledge, negotiation skills, and IT proficiency
Requirements
*Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles, demonstrating successful negotiation skills but not essential
*Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
*Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
*Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
*Customer service orientation with a professional attitude at all times
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
£24,960 basic salary with uncapped commission, OTE £48,000
This role is office based during the initial training and onboarding period. Following this, there is opportunity to work from home based on performance and reliability.
Initial 3 month contract with strong potential to become permanent
