Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Part TimeCaretaker to join a residential development. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and providing excellent service to residents.
Hours: Monday to Friday / 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
*Carrying out day-to-day caretaking duties across the residential development
*Ensuring communal areas (internal and external) are kept clean, safe, and well presented
*Undertaking basic maintenance and minor repairs (e.g. lighting, minor plumbing, painting)
*Managing waste and recycling areas
*Conducting regular health & safety checks and reporting any issues
*Liaising with residents, managing agents, and contractors in a professional manner
*Responding to maintenance issues and emergencies as required
*Supporting the smooth running of the development at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in a caretaker, handyman, maintenance, or similar role
*Practical and hands-on with good basic maintenance knowledge
*Strong awareness of health & safety regulations
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
*Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
*Willingness to be flexible with working hours if required
