Job Description:
CORE TASKS
*Supporting young people with education based activities as required by their course
*Providing young people with career focused and employability conversations
*Providing numeracy and literacy or English as an additional language support
*Adhering to administrative requirements of the role
*Being accountable and representing Centrepoint appropriately
ESSENTIAL
*Good levels of numeracy and literacy
*IT competent - able to use Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
*Ability to engage, motivate and inspire young people
*Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with young people, other volunteers and staff
*Ability to remain calm when involved with challenging individuals and situations
*Be reliable and have a positive outlook
*A commitment to demonstrating Centrepoint’s values
