Job Description:
Looking for a compliance role where you can genuinely make an impact — not just tick boxes?
We’re working with a fast-growing, internationally focused organisation operating across 100+ countries, supporting globally mobile individuals and businesses with specialist insurance solutions. With a strong regulatory environment and ambitious growth plans, they’re looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their UK-based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early or midway in their compliance career who wants exposure to a broad range of responsibilities — from regulatory frameworks to AML/KYC and committee coordination.
Location Requirement (Please Read Carefully)
This role is hybrid with a mandatory 2 days per week in the Marlow, Buckinghamshire office. This is non-negotiable, so we’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who can comfortably commute.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Compliance function, ensuring the business meets its regulatory obligations and maintains high standards across all activities:
*Supporting and maintaining compliance policies aligned with FCA requirements
*Assisting with SMCR, GDPR, and financial crime compliance
*Coordinating internal committees (agendas, papers, minutes, action tracking)
*Managing due diligence processes for partners and intermediaries
*Handling AML/KYC checks and maintaining registers
*Supporting regulatory reporting and FCA submissions
*Monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal processes
*Providing guidance on compliance queries across the business
*Administering compliance training and promoting a risk-aware culture
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
*Previous experience in a compliance role within insurance or financial services
*Strong understanding of FCA regulations
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with strong administrative skills
Desirable:
*Exposure to AML/KYC frameworks and GDPR
*Experience in international or wholesale insurance
*Compliance qualifications (e.g. ICA)
Our client is not open to sponsorships. This role is only suitable for UK citizens or people that have the right to work in the UK.
