Housing Telephony Advisor
*Pay Rate: £16.08 per hour (PAYE)
*Location: Bury Council, Knowsley Place, 3 Knowsley Street, Bury, BL9 0SW
*Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (3 - 4 months)
Bury Council are looking for two full-time Housing Telephony Advisors to join a dynamic team of 5 - 8 people. This role is crucial for handling telephone-based enquiries, specifically reporting repairs required within housing. The position is office-based with no option for hybrid working.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle telephone-based enquiries efficiently.
*Report and log housing repairs as required by residents.
*Utilize QL and DRS IT systems to input and manage repair data accurately.
*Work collaboratively within a small team to ensure a high level of service delivery.
*Adhere to all operational protocols and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a housing environment is ideal.
*Proficient knowledge of QL and DRS IT systems.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively within a team.
*Must possess a valid Basic DBS.
*Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
*Structured working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 17.00pm, 36.25 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break.
