We are supporting a private service with the launch of two brand-new neurological care homes, offering a unique opportunity to join a service from day one and be part of building a high-quality multidisciplinary team.
About the Service
*Level 2b neurorehabilitation
*Early onset dementia
*Frontotemporal dementia (FTD)
*Huntington’s disease
What You’ll Be Doing
*Delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a specialist neuro setting
*Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
*Supporting patients with complex neurological conditions and rehabilitation goals
*Contributing to the development of a new and evolving service
What We’re Looking For
*Experience within neurorehabilitation, ABI, or complex neurological conditions
*Strong MDT working and communication skills
*A proactive and hands-on approach to care
*Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
