Bolton | £28,000 - £32,000 DOE | Independent Chartered Broker

We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven Insurance Account Handler, supporting childcare providers across the UK with expert advice, underwriting and first-class service.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. You’ll be:
*Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Helping customers understand their insurance needs in a clear, friendly way
*Underwriting risks within our delegated authority
*Managing the full insurance cycle - new business, renewals, MTAs
*Delivering exceptional customer service with accuracy and care

What We’re Looking For
To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
*Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C / 4-9) including Maths & English
*2+ years’ experience in commercial insurance
*Strong communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
*A willingness to learn and grow
