Paid to Main Teacher Pay Scale (MPS)
Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Bridgwater, Somerset, who are seeking a qualified Science Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4. This is a long-term position until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.
The Role:*Teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
*Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
*Assessing and tracking pupil progress
*Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Working collaboratively within the department and wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
*Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
*Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
*Strong classroom management skills
*A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil development
*An enthusiastic, adaptable, and professional approach
