Description
*Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
*Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
*Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
*Assist in employee relations cases, offering recommendations and solutions to resolve concerns.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
*Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
*Provide support in training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*Previous experience in a similar HR role.
*A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
*Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
*CIPD qualification or working towards it would be advantageous.
