Job Description:
Meraki Talent is delighted to be supporting a growing manufacturing firm on their search for a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. This would suit an ambitious qualified or PQ Financial accountant with strong technical skills who values work life balance but wants to take the next step in their career within a forward thinking company.

The successful candidate will support the wider team and senior management with statutory accountants as well as supporting across ad hoc projects and process improvements.
*UK statutory filings and financial statements, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and accounting treatments are correctly applied under both UK and US accounting frameworks.
*Monthly and quarterly financial reporting
*Accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
*Assist process improvement initiatives
*Support internal and external audit
What is on Offer:
*Up to £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

Candidate Profile:
*Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ICAS)
*Strong Statutory accounts experience
*Strong knowledge of UK/US GAP accounting standards
*Proficient Microsoft Office and accounts software SAGE/XERO or similar
