QHSE Compliance Co-ordinator

Supporting the business to maintain consistently high standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
Duties:
*Carry out Health & Safety risk assessments and compliance inspections
*Conduct audits across company sites in line with ISO standards
*Identify corrective and preventive actions
*Provide clear guidance on compliance obligations and statutory requirements.
*Support colleagues in understanding and implementing company standards
*Support the business to comply with additional manufacturing-specific standards
*Participate in incident investigations, including follow-up actions and reporting
*Assist in an improvement plan for H&S, Quality, and Environmental objectives
*Support and be heavily involved in the company-wide rollout of an electronic compliance-monitoring system
*Develop and maintain administrative procedures and procedures for document management across QHSE
Required experience:
*2 or more years in a QHSE-related support role
*Proven understanding of basic H&S and Environmental law, and practical workplace risk assessments/audits
*Go already hold or be willing to undertake additional qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, H&S qualifications, auditing courses
*Fully IT-proficient, including Microsoft Office applications and other more bespoke system experience
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*There will be an element of travel in this role, so applicants need to be comfortable with this and able to undertake the occasional overnight stay away from home.
