Claims Adjuster - Professional Indemnity

We’re working with a highly respected London Market insurer looking to hire a Claims Adjuster to join their Professional Indemnity (PI) team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and well-established claims function, handling a broad mix of UK and international PI claims across a diverse portfolio.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing a caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, including:
*Solicitors PI
*Financial Services PI
*Miscellaneous PI
*Some Construction PI exposure
You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused claims service, working closely with brokers, insureds, underwriters, and external partners across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities*Handle PI claims from notification through to settlement
*Deliver a proactive, service-driven approach with clear and consistent communication
*Build strong relationships with brokers and stakeholders
*Contribute to team KPIs and identify areas for process improvement
*Provide insight on claims trends, wordings, and renewal feedback
*Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers
What We’re Looking For*Experience handling Professional Indemnity or Financial Lines claims
*Exposure to the London Market (preferred)
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Organised, self-sufficient, and team-oriented approach
*Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
