About the RoleWe’re looking for an Associate Paraplanner to join our Kettering-based paraplanning team. This is a backfill opportunity within an established team, providing technical and administrative support to Financial Planners to ensure high-quality, compliant client advice and an excellent client experience.
This role is ideal for someone early in their paraplanning career who is keen to develop their technical knowledge within a structured, supportive environment.
Responsibilities *Prepare annual review packs and supporting documentation for client meetings
*Draft suitability reports and associated recommendation documents using templated frameworks
*Carry out basic research on products and providers in line with adviser requirements
*Build and maintain cashflow models to support financial planning advice
*Prepare and process new business submissions, including platform instructions
*Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to back-office systems
*Work closely with Advisers and colleagues to progress cases efficiently and compliantly
About you *Hold a minimum of 2 R0 Exams
*Highly organised with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
*Demonstrates a genuine willingness to develop technical knowledge
*Proactively asks questions and seeks clarification when needed
*Communicates clearly and confidently with advisers and colleagues
*Manages time effectively and meets internal deadlines
