Job Description:
PA to Finance Director (Full Time/ 37.5 Hours per week) - 3 days in the office
About the role
You will assist the FD with the day to day running of the department. This is a varied role.
*Maintain and update the CRM system (Agency Pilot)
*Answering the telephone and fielding relevant queries to the correct individual
*Manage the diary of the FD
*Dictation of reports and documents as required
*Supporting administrative duties
*Minute taking and sending out Minutes/Actions from meetings
*Assist other Agency team members as required
*Assisting with Staff events
*Overseeing the administration of the HR function with the FD
*Adhoc tasks as required
About you
*Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills
*Able to operate under time-pressured circumstances and able to prioritise accordingly
*Must have excellent attention to detail, able to check their own work
*Ideally have a background in the Buildings and Lettings Sector
*Comfortable dealing with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
*Must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills
