Location: Livingston (Houston Industrial Estate)
Pay: £16.71 per hour
Hours: Saturday & Sunday – 9:00am–2:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
THE ROLEWe’re looking for a hands-on Hygiene Supervisor to lead weekend cleaning operations within a busy food production environment.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring production areas are cleaned to the highest standards, ready for the next run — while leading a small team and keeping everything compliant.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING*Supervising and supporting a hygiene team on shift
*Carrying out and overseeing cleaning of production lines
*Ensuring all hygiene, quality, and safety standards are met
*Communicating with site teams and reporting any issues
*Making sure equipment and materials are ready and available
*Maintaining basic documentation and compliance records
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR*Previous supervisory experience (ideally in hygiene/cleaning/production)
*Background in food manufacturing or similar environment
*Strong attention to detail and high standards
*Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
*Able to work independently and take ownership
