Job Title: Senior Support Worker (Medication Trained)
Location: Essex
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing
Pay Rate: £14–£18 per hour
Role OverviewWe are recruiting Senior Support Workers who can take on additional responsibilities including medication administration and shift leadership.
Responsibilities*Administer medication safely and accurately
*Lead shifts and support junior staff
*Ensure care plans are followed
*Liaise with management and healthcare professionals
*Maintain compliance and accurate records
Requirements*Minimum 1 year UK care experience
*Medication administration training (essential)
*Experience in residential or supported living
*Enhanced DBS
*Right to work in the UK
Desirable*NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
*Team leader experience
