Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker
Location: Essex
Job Type: Temporary / Night Shifts
Pay Rate: £13–£17 per hour
Role OverviewWe are seeking reliable Waking Night Support Workers to cover ongoing night shifts in residential and supported living services.
Responsibilities*Provide overnight supervision and support
*Conduct regular welfare checks
*Support with personal care where required
*Maintain a safe and calm environment
*Record night reports and incidents
Requirements*Minimum 6 months UK care experience
*Ability to work waking night shifts consistently
*Enhanced DBS
*Right to work in the UK
Desirable*Experience with dementia or mental health
*Medication training
