CNC Machinist – Step Off the MachinesUp to £19.00 per hour | Day Shift | Early Finish Friday
Tired of running machines all day?
Prefer the setup, tooling, and planning side of the job?
This role lets you stay in Engineering without being stood at a CNC all shift.
What’s Different?*No full-time machine operating
*Focus on tooling, setup prep, and organisation
*Less physical, but still hands-on
Play a key role in keeping production running smoothly
The Role*Prepare tooling, fixtures, and gauges for upcoming jobs
*Check job packs and setup requirements for accuracy
*Ensure everything is ready before it reaches the machine
*Monitor tooling stock and flag shortages
*Support machinists with urgent jobs when needed
