About the RoleWe are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our supported living services across Sheffield. This role involves supporting both male and female individuals with a range of needs, helping them to live independently within their own homes and communities.
You will be part of a dedicated team delivering person-centred support tailored to each individual’s goals, preferences, and abilities.
Key Responsibilities*Provide high-quality, person-centred support in supported living settings
*Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, and household duties
*Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in social activities
*Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times
*Follow and implement individual support plans
*Maintain accurate records and report any concerns
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals
Requirements*Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
*A caring, reliable, and flexible approach
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Access to a vehicle with business insurance (essential)
