Account Executive - E-Commerce
Industry: Premium FMCG Food Brand
Remote/Homeworking / Must have access to the Office on average 1 day a week and able to attend multiple meetings; must be a driver due to client location)
Salary: Up to £34,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
Are you a commercially minded account or trade professional with a passion for digital retail? This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s most iconic food brands in a role that sits at the intersection of retail account management and e-commerce.
The Role
As Account Executive - E-Commerce, you’ll take day-to-day ownership of the brand’s online retail accounts - including Ocado, Amazon Core & Fresh, and Zoom by Ocado - managing everything from promotional planning and new line submissions to sales reporting, budget management, and campaign analysis. You’ll also support the brand’s D2C online shop and a growing B2B app-based ordering platform across Foodservice and Ethnic business sectors.
This is a genuinely varied commercial role: one day you’re analysing promotional performance and reconciling media budgets; the next you’re briefing new product content, supporting a digital campaign, or developing a new channel initiative from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates from a range of backgrounds - what matters is commercial acumen, digital retail confidence, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams with pace and precision. You might be:
*An Account Executive or trade support professional with experience across online grocery or FMCG / retail
*A junior online merchandiser or buyer’s assistant from a retail / FMCG / fashion background, looking to transition client-side into a branded FMCG environment
*An e-commerce or digital trading executive who has worked with retailers such as Ocado, Amazon, ASOS, or similar and wants to bring that knowledge to a premium brand
You’ll be comfortable with data and sales reporting, confident managing relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders, and motivated by delivering commercial results in a fast-moving, collaborative team.
The Package
*Up to £34,000 depending on experience
*Biannual bonus (up to 5% of salary paid every 6 months)
*Annual holiday allowance 25 days. Employees will be given the opportunity to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday per holiday.
*Pension: Group personal pension, company contribution of 4%.
*Life Cover: 3 x your salary in the event of your death to your nominated beneficiary.
*Occupational maternity pay plus SMP.
*Accident Cover: Disability compensation Payment.
*Medicash Cash Plan: Client pays for Individual Cover or Family. Employee has the option to increase the benefit.
