Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) – Permanent
Location: Essex (Colchester & surrounding areas)
Salary: £34,000 – £48,000 per annum (DOE + setting)
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent (Days, Nights, or Mixed Shifts)
About the RoleComfort Circle Care Recruitment is working with established care homes, nursing homes, and mental health services across Essex to recruit Registered Nurses (RGN & RMN) for permanent positions.
We are partnering with providers who are looking for reliable, compassionate, and clinically strong nurses to join their long-term teams.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
*Administer and manage medication in line with NMC standards
*Monitor residents’ health conditions and respond to changes
*Develop, implement, and review care plans
*Support and supervise care staff on shift
*Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
*Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding procedures
Requirements (ESSENTIAL)*Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
*Minimum 6 months – 1 year UK nursing experience
*Strong understanding of clinical governance and care standards
*Right to work in the UK
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)


Desirable*Experience in elderly care, dementia, or mental health services
*Leadership or shift-leading experience
*Relevant clinical skills (wound care, PEG feeding, etc.)
*Driving access to a car
