Graduate Compliance Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 + discretionary bonus + full study support

The opportunityAs a Graduate Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the firm operates within regulatory frameworks while supporting business growth. You will gain hands-on experience across core compliance areas, including financial crime prevention, regulatory monitoring, and internal policy development.
This role is designed to accelerate your career into areas such as Compliance Advisory, Financial Crime, or Risk Management.
What you will be doingSupporting the monitoring of regulatory requirements set by the Financial Conduct Authority and ensuring internal adherence
Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering checks, client due diligence, and transaction monitoring
Reviewing internal processes and identifying areas for improvement or risk mitigation
Helping to draft and update compliance policies and procedures
Working with different departments to ensure regulatory awareness across the business
Supporting internal audits and compliance reporting activities
Keeping up to date with changes in UK financial regulations and industry best practices
