Operations Executive
*Location: Woking
*Job Type: Temporary
*Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour
We are seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day installation and maintenance operations delivered by third-party service providers. This role is crucial in ensuring that all work is completed within agreed SLAs and budget, and requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle communications with service providers, internal teams, and customers.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage installation and maintenance operations ensuring compliance with SLAs and budget constraints.
*Serve as the main point of contact for third-party service providers, internal sales teams, and customers.
*Resolve queries, escalations, and issues that fall outside of agreed SLAs.
*Monitor and control work requests through daily Work in Progress (WIP) reviews, technical inbox management, and oversight of customer Request for Work (RFW) systems.
*Maintain accurate CRM records covering installations, removals, assets, inventory movements, and line charge claims.
*Support customer and field sales teams with clear communication, service updates, training support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Assist with contract performance reporting, asset and inventory control, purchase order administration, and operational process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in an operational or customer service role managing high volumes of work orders, ideally within an FMCG environment.
*Strong customer and supplier relationship management skills.
*Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
*Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
*Experience using CRM systems and adaptability to learn new systems quickly.
