Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied and meaningful client portfolio, working with organisations that make a genuine difference. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services while supporting the development of both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion for Partner review
*Overseeing job budgets, billing and work in progress
*Leading audits, including planning, review and finalisation of work
*Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and other client deliverables
*Supporting on complex assignments where required
*Coaching and developing junior team members through on-the-job training
*Contributing to performance reviews and team development
*Building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
*Supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities and assisting with tenders
To gain an interview you will be an experienced Audit professional with a strong technical grounding and a genuine interest in the charities and not-for-profit sector. You will enjoy managing relationships, leading teams and delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
*Proven experience managing audit assignments and client portfolios
*Strong knowledge of audit and accounts within the charity/non-profit sector
*Commercial awareness with an interest in business development
*A supportive and approachable leadership style
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
