Following exceptional success in Maidstone in 2025, we’ve exapanded with a second location in London. The partnership, Infiniti Interactions, has with our clients is strong and forging new paths in the marketing world. The Marketing and Sales Strategies are designed and managed by a newly created standalone team based in London.
Our focus on coaching, developement, and support equips our teams to help clients expand their market share by 10% in 2026/2027.
THE ROLE
Why do we offer summer internships and placements?
Simple, we believe in the next generation but know you need to gain practical experience to go along with your theory. Alex was given a chance with no experience and now believes its important to give the same chance to others. We treat the interns exactly as we would a new person joining our team. No just fetching coffee at this internship. As Junior Marketing Manager, you will manage the wholesale marketing strategy and execution of sales campaigns alongside the Campaign Marketing Manager. You will work closely with team on marketing activity that drives awareness and sales for the brand.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
*Working alongside the Campaign Marketing Manager on the execution of local campaigns via face to face sales In residential areas business and business
*Learning campaign management and marketing strategy
*Gaining Interpersonal and public speaking skills.
*Training in HR, Interviewing and leadership development
*Building & nurturing relationships with customers, providing excellent client service
THE EXCITING PART
*Treated as a member of the Team (no fetching coffee here)
*Competitively Paid internship & Client bonus scheme
*Cross training in various areas of the business
*Access to Management and conferences
*Scholarship money offered to qualified candidates
*Regular team and company social events
*Local and international travel offered for qualified candidates
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18+ years of age, qualified to work in the UK ( No student Visa ). Duration of the internship is a minimum of 8 weeks to 12 months. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, think quick on your feet, driven and passionate about people.
