Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - North London - Growing Law Firm
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 p.a. (DOE) + Bonuses
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible working available)

A fantastic and well-established North London law firm is seeking an Experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a brand-new role created due to continued growth and a consistently high volume of work.

About the Role
You will manage your own portfolio of Residential Conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and friendly team. The firm prides itself on offering genuine progression opportunities — both current Partners began their careers as Paralegals and have grown with the business.

Key Responsibilities
*Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
*Handling files from start to finish with minimal supervision
*Providing proactive, client-focused service
*Working collaboratively within a small, close-knit team
About You
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience running a residential conveyancing caseload - either pre or post qualification
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
*A proactive approach and resilient work ethic
*Excellent communication and client-care skills
