Job Description:
Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Helpdesk Administrator on behalf of a leading company based on the outskirts of Epsom. We are seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and have office banter at the same time! You must be a motivated individual with a ’cando’ attitude who can work well in within a team.
Duties:
*Responsible for planning and managing engineers daily work schedule which will consist of both reactive and preventative maintenance.
*Managing diaries
*Preparing paperwork for site audits
*Assisting with expense forms and holiday/sickness, along with vehicle issues and service bookings
To be successful you’ll possess
*Previous experience in a scheduling position
*A good sense of humour!
*IT literate
*Educated to GCSE level with C’s and above
*Must be a driver due to location
