4 on / 4 off | Days & Nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
Contract Type: Temp To Perm


Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing and production industry? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Production Machine Setter who thrives in a fast-paced environment! If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, this is the role for you!
Duties
*Run and adjust packing machinery
*Product checks, palletising & FLT transfers
*Basic maintenance support alongside shift engineers (once trained)
*Stock & waste recording
*Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards
Who You Are:
We’re looking for candidates who possess:
*Experience as a machine setter or a similar role
*Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
*Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
*Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Requirements*Manufacturing experience (food/FMCG preferred)
*Counterbalance FLT - beneficial
*Food Safety L2, BRC awareness, IOSH are preferred
*Own transport essential (no public transport)
