Location: Loughton
Salary: £50,000 + bonuses
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday


Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious New Homes Sales Coordinator to join our clients growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry, with clear progression into client relationship management and potential future sales responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
*Provide day-to-day administrative support to the New Homes sales team
*Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and property listings
*Compile and maintain pricing reports and sales data
*Coordinate and support marketing campaigns for new developments
*Attend meetings alongside senior leadership to gain exposure to business strategy and client management
*Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
*Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and sales progress


Development & Progression:
This role is designed as a stepping stone into a more senior position. You will work closely with the Director, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to develop your understanding of:
*Developer relationships
*Business development strategies
*Winning and retaining new homes instructions


There will also be the opportunity, if desired, to progress into a sales role and actively sell properties in the future.


Requirements:
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
*Interest in the property or real estate sector
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


Desirable (but not essential):
*Previous experience in property, sales, or marketing
*Familiarity with CRM systems
