We’re on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and dedicated English Teacher with QTS to join a vibrant secondary school in Chelmsford this September. This is more than just a teaching role-it’s a chance to inspire young minds, shape confident communicators, and make a lasting impact every single day.

What you’ll be doing:
*Delivering engaging and dynamic English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is a bonus!)
*Inspiring students to develop a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking
*Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported
*Contributing to curriculum development and extracurricular activities (think book clubs, theatre trips, creative writing!)
*Tracking progress and helping students achieve their full potential
We’re looking for someone who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Has a genuine passion for English and education
*Brings energy, creativity, and enthusiasm into the classroom
*Builds strong relationships with students and colleagues alike
*Is committed to continuous professional development
