Full job descriptionOur Client, A World renowned Media brand, is looking to hire a Qualified ACCA/CIMA Finance Systems Manager to help support the business in this sustained period of growth. Duties would include:-


*Manage and maintain Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning in a well-controlled and documented system environment
*Lead the Finance Systems team, motivating team members and encouraging them to learn and develop through their work
*Provide technical assistance for core financial processes
*Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key members of the Finance team and other global stakeholders
*Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders
*Stay on top of Workday updates
*Advise on system enhancements when appropriate for both Finance and the Business
*Run pilots for new functionality/system changes utilizing Finance team members for key roles in the pilots
*Optimise processes to achieve measurable outcomes
*Roll out ways of working which facilitate user self service
*Ensure system changes are communicated to users in a timely manner
*Develop a training strategy for users
*Oversee relationships with third-party providers involved in Workday support
