Full-time | Temp - Perm
Are you a caring and motivated individual who’s passionate about helping children reach their potential? We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school based in Winchester to give 1-1 support to KS1 & KS2 students with additional needs.
Daily pay: £92.63.
Vetting checks will be required prior to interview process.
Your Role Will Include:
*Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom
*Working one-to-one and in small groups to provide tailored support
*Helping to create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
*Encouraging children to be confident, resilient learners with high expectations
*Celebrating successes and helping children believe in themselves
We are looking for someone who:
*Has experience working with primary aged children
*Is committed, enthusiastic, and nurturing
*Is a team player with excellent communication skills
*Has experience with primary children in a school-based setting
*Has a passion for education and the well-being of children
*Is confident supporting 1-1 and in small groups
