Annual Equivalent: £26,300 – £29,250 (based on 37.5 hours)
Contract: Temporary – ongoing
Start: Immediate
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

The Role

An established logistics operation based in Maidstone is seeking a reliable and organised Customer Service Administrator to support a busy transport and fulfilment team during a period of high demand. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
*Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
*Processing delivery orders and updating internal systems
*Liaising with drivers, warehouses and internal planners
*Investigating delivery queries and resolving issues promptly
*Maintaining accurate records and customer notes
*Supporting the wider admin team with ad-hoc duties
Requirements
*Previous customer service or administration experience
*Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
*Good IT skills (MS Outlook, Excel and internal systems)
*Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
*Logistics or transport experience advantageous but not essential
