Circa £45,000 per annum + performance-related bonuses
Are you an experienced Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager within the property sector looking to take the next step into a broader operational role?
This is a rare opportunity to join a successful and growing property business in a newly created position, working directly alongside the Managing Director and gaining exposure to the full operational running of a multi-site business.
The role offers a clear pathway into an Operations Manager position, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take on more responsibility.
The Role Working closely with the Managing Director, you will support the day-to-day operations across multiple offices while gradually taking ownership of key operational functions.
Responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the smooth running of three offices on a daily basis
*Assisting with the implementation and improvement of internal processes
*Helping to streamline systems and identify efficiencies across the business
*Supporting HR-related tasks, including employee coordination and performance tracking
*Assisting with payroll and commission checks prior to processing
*Managing compliance processes, including AML checks and record keeping
*Maintaining company records such as vehicle documentation and insurance policies
*Monitoring team performance and supporting management with reporting
*Producing reports on business operations and performance
*Managing office supplies, equipment, and general administration
*Overseeing petty cash and day-to-day office expenditure
*Acting as a key support to the Managing Director across a variety of business functions
About You*Previous experience within the estate agency / property sector is essential
*Background as a PA, EA, or Office Manager with strong operational exposure
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident, proactive, and keen to take on more responsibility
*Commercially aware with an interest in how a business operates and grows
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
*A hands-on, flexible approach with a "can-do" attitude
*Comfortable handling confidential information & matters
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Based within a commutable distance of Broxbourne (max 45 minutes)
What’s on Offer*Salary circa £45,000 depending on experience
