About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Day Concierge role within a high-end residential development:
Shift Details:
Day Concierge:
*Working days
*Week 1: Saturday, Sunday, Monday
*Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
*Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
*Act as the main point of contact for residents and visitors
*Manage parcels, deliveries, and general enquiries
*Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
*Monitor the building and report any issues
*Liaise with management and maintenance teams
Candidate Requirements:
*Background in hospitality (e.g. hotels) or residential concierge roles
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Professional, well-presented, and reliable
*Able to work independently
Desirable:
*Some experience in night concierge or light security duties (especially for night role)
*Not heavily security-focused background
Benefits:
*20 days annual leave + bank holidays
*+1 additional day leave for every 2 years of service (up to 25 days)
