Youth Justice officer Just to confirm, Social Work qualifications are only one of the qualifications we accept. Also accept Probation Officers, Youth Workers and others with a relevant degree, as long as they have Youth Justice experience…. Full case management responsibilities in a youth justice team: Assessments (ASSET+ and Prevention and Diversion Assessment Tool PDAT) Plans Interventions to reduce offending Pre-Sentence Report writing Referral Order Report writing Court work Duty Attendance and joint decision-making panel and referral order panel
