As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Full ownership of store performance, driving sales, KPIs, and client experience
*Leading from the front to deliver a premium, personalised shopping journey
*Inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team with a focus on styling and service
*Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand identity
*Driving clientelling initiatives to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
*Managing stock, operations, and store processes with strong attention to detail
*Taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
We’re looking for a Store Manager who:
