Are you a Junior Sous Chef looking for a high-quality kitchen? This is a fantastic opportunity in Burgess Hill to join a well-regarded restaurant, develop your skills, and work with fresh, seasonal produce.

*Finish around 9:15pm (earlier on Sundays)

What you’ll be doing
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen:
*Support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
*Run sections and maintain high standards during service
*Assist with menu development and daily specials
*Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes
*Support stock control, ordering, and GP awareness
*Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience as a Chef in a quality kitchen environment
*Strong background working with fresh, seasonal produce
*Passion for food and creative flair
*Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
*Excellent attention to detail and consistency
*Own transport required
