My client is looking for a motivated and ambitious FX Account Manager at junior level to join a fast-growing international payments and FX services business. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who enjoys building relationships, learning quickly, and contributing to revenue growth.
The Role
As a FX Account Manager, you will support a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients while developing the skills needed to manage accounts independently. You’ll assist with client onboarding, handle day-to-day queries, and help identify opportunities to increase client engagement and trading activity.
Key Responsibilities
*Support senior team members in managing and growing client accounts
*Build rapport with new and existing clients through regular communication
*Assist with onboarding, KYC, and compliance processes
*Provide market updates and help clients understand FX products and payment solutions
*Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on client activity
*Identify opportunities for account growth and pass qualified leads to senior brokers
*Cold calling and building prospect lists
Ideal Fit
*Some experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is beneficial
*Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
*Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn the FX industry
*Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
*Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
