What you’ll be doing:
*Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients while developing new business.
*Proactively growing your desk through phone-based sales and business development.
*Attending client meetings to convert prospects into long-term partners.
*Interviewing, assessing, and growing a strong candidate pool aligned to client needs.
*Managing your workload effectively while meeting KPIs and maintaining compliance standards.
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales (highly desirable).
*Confident communication and strong negotiation skills.
*Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
*A proactive, target-driven mindset with resilience and determination.
*A strong ethical approach, with a genuine focus on quality and compliance.
