Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Bolton that is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced education professional looking to make an immediate impact in a diverse and supportive school environment.
The RoleAs a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4

*Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

*Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils

*Offer tailored assistance to students with English as an Additional Language (EAL)

*Help maintain a positive, safe and productive classroom environment

Essential RequirementsPlease note: Only applicants with prior experience working in schools or educational settings will be considered.
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
*A Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning (CACHE or equivalent)

*Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a school

*A strong understanding of secondary school expectations and routines

Highly Desirable*Demonstrable experience supporting EAL learners

*Confidence adapting support strategies to meet diverse learning needs

*A proactive, flexible and professional approach

What’s on Offer*Daily pay rate of £100-£120, depending on experience
